Yoga Inhaler Return & Refund Policy

At Yoga Inhaler, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we are here to help with a straightforward return process.

1. Return Eligibility• Time Frame: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items that are opened or used may be eligible for a partial refund or exchange within this window if they are defective or damaged.• Condition Requirement: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.• Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide your order number or the receipt included in your package.

2. Non-Returnable ItemsFor health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged:• Anything related to human consumption.

3. Return Process: Step-by-StepPlease do not ship your return back to us without first contacting us.
1. Initiate the Return: Within 30 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at support@yogainhaler.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include any documentation, and mail your return to the address we provide.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

4. Return Shipping Costs• Customer-Paid Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item) or a defective product.• Company-Paid Returns: If the return is our fault, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and instructions for returning the item to us

5. Refunds (After Receipt of Return)• Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.• Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.• Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or is returned outside of the eligible window.

6. Exchanges• Damaged or Defective Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same one, please contact us at support@yogainhlaer.com and follow the return process above.• For a Different Item: We do not offer direct exchange for a different product. To get a different item, we recommend returning the original purchase for a refund and then placing a new order on our website.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect ItemsWe apologize if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@yogainhaler.com with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

8. Final Sale Items• Clearance, "Final Sale," and heavily discounted promotional items are marked as such and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.9.
