At Yoga Inhaler, we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines all the details about how we ship, delivery timelines, and what you can expect after you place an order.

1. Order Processing• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed and order is verified. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.• Order Verification: For security purposes, we may occasionally need to verify your order details before processing. This may cause a slight delay. We will contact you immediately via email if this is required.• Order Changes: Need to change your order? Please contact us immediately at support@yogainhaler.com with your order number. We can only modify or cancel an order if it has not yet been processed for shipping.

2. Shipping Destinations• We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.• International shipping may be available in the future. Please check back for updates or contact us through email support@yogainhaler.com.

3. Shipping Methods & CostsWe offer several shipping options at checkout. 4. Delivery Timeline & Transit• Estimated vs. Actual Delivery: The delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.• Carrier Delays: Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or other events beyond our control ("Force Majeure" events).• Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view this information by logging into your account on our site.

5. International Shipping & Customs• International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up the package from a carrier location, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees will apply.• If we are unable to contact you within 30 days, the order will be refunded for the product value, minus the original and return shipping costs.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages• "In-Transit" Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please first check with neighbors and your local postal carrier. If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation.• Stolen Packages: Yoga Inhaler is not responsible for packages that are stolen after being delivered to the correct address. Please ensure a secure delivery location is provided.• We will do everything we can to help resolve the issue with the shipping carrier. If the package is deemed lost by the carrier, we will either replace your items (subject to availability) or issue a refund.
